Adhisthana Hotel Yogyakarta

The room is authentic and beautiful. The location is walking distance to many restaurants. Nice neighborhood, although limited space for car parking.

The bathroom is a bit smelly. Need to have fragarance for the room.

The staffs is friendly and helpful specially those in charge in security. They all so attentive and responsive to guests needs

The room cleanliness, i did report that my bathroom drainage is block and they said sending their technician to fix it but unfortunately it is not fixed. Also my Air Condition is leaking no one fix it. Their swimming pool also dirty. They set up dirty bath towel.

Adhistana is beautiful! It has a very intimate feel to it. The staff was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. It's location was perfect for exploring that portion of the city and all it had to offer.

The bathrooms are cramped!

The hotel is very pretty and aesthetic. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant upstairs is delicious — we had dinner there three times! We really enjoyed the swimming pool; it was so nice to relax by the pool at the end of the day after sightseeing

The hotel is really a gem, it is shaped like a Riad, the pool is great and well maintained, there are opening hours but it is substantially always open. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, a great restaurant for all meals and a series off board games if that's your jam. It is situated close enough to the center or main party roads.

The rooms were a bit small.

The hotel is located within walking distance for a lot of restaurants. The space had a nice courtyard lounging space and a courtyard pool which was nice.

The rooms were not very clean, the sheets had some stains on them, and one of the rooms we rented had some insects in it.

Really cool hotel layout. We enjoyed being able to work from the restaurant. Room was quiet. GREAT location. Parking attendants were super helpful. Loved the food (and prices) at the restaurant.

Rooms don’t get much light. Bathroom smelled a little funky.

Such a wonderful stay! Everyone that works here are amazing! So customer focused:) friendly and helpful when I come back to Yogyakarta I will stay here again! The neighborhood is nice and I enjoyed walking around. I had DELICIOUS gelato by that ice cream place near the corner (by the hotel). Also the GUAVA juice for breakfast was perfection!

Staff was extremely friendly, since the time of booking helping with transfers and tours, their timing on responses were impeccable. Breakfast was okay.

Room was too dark, but I was there to sleep so no big deal. I would definitely come back

Wonderful!! Beautiful decor, cozy atmosphere. Great location in the cool neighborhood, many bars and restaurants nearby. Nice pool to cool off in the Yogyakarta heat. Air conditioning works very well. Excellent bed with top quality linens. We loved the hotel.

Could have more options of western breakfast.

Room is small but comfortable. Friendly staffs.

- They underwent renovation during my stay, so it was a bit noisy due to the banging from whatever they were working on, and the first floor near the pool area was very dusty.- Breakfast could be improved.

The hotel has a wonderful restaurant for dinner and lunch.

Bathroom was a little bit dirty.Pool is nice, but closes early in the evening.

The hotel is very well designed and its decor is very tasteful. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and being able to sit in various seating groups around the ground floor to relax.The brd was super comfortable. I stayed in a superior room on tge upper floor which looked lovely. It was lacking space/awardrobe to stow luggage, though, which is why left my luggage on the floor in the corner. The room provided well-eorking aircon, tv, kettle, complimentary tea/coffee/water and good wifi.There was no hairdryer but it could be borrowed from the reception desk.Breakfast took place in a beautiful well-lit room and offered different options from 7-20am.The staff in all departments was really friendly and helpful.

The window doors towards the pool were rattling and not noise insulated so that you could hear quite a bit of conversations held in the corridor.

Insect Bites, Bed Bugs, Musty and Dusty Rooms, very Musty smell with mold in the entire room and toilet, decaying state of the hotel is really a turn off and ruins the experience.I’m writing this review hoping that they will improve the conditions of the hotel. The staff is incredibly good but there’s only so much they can do when the condition of the hotel is so bad

Stylish, well appointed, beautiful lounge, quiet location and well positioned to explore Yogyakarta. Clean and comfortable.
